Shipping policy
Thank you for your interest in junedays! Whether you’re thinking of placing an order or you just placed an order, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Shipping Policy. We are a small outfit and will be working hard in the coming months to expand our shipping features and footprint.
Order Processing
Orders are picked, packed and shipped within 1-3 business days for items in stock. Any order placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day, subject to the 1-3 business day window. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
If Expedited Delivery is selected at checkout, your order will be processed within 1 business day. All orders (including expedited shipping orders) placed after 12PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Please keep this in mind at the time of checkout.
Shipping Carrier
Our preferred carriers are UPS and USPS. Unless otherwise specified at checkout, orders will ship out via Ground Shipping (Up to 8 business days). All P.O. Box orders will be delivered via USPS.
Where We Ship:
junedays ships to US addresses located in the 48 contiguous United States, as well as, Hawaii and Alaska. We are looking into shipping to Canada and Internationally and hope to be able to offer that service soon.
Shipping Fees:
We are passing our shipping discounted rate onto you. There are no markups, no hidden costs or handling fees. You are being charged for what we are being billed. It’s that simple!
Free Shipping:
junedays offers free Ground Delivery within the United States, on single orders of $200.00 or more (before tax). Multiple orders cannot be combined to receive free shipping. junedays reserves the right to choose between UPS or USPS depending on the order address.
Shipping Limitations:
junedays does not offer Saturday Delivery at this time
junedays does not offer Next Day delivery (1 business day) at this time
junedays does not offer International Shipping at this time
Shipping Time Estimates:
Please be aware that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. junedays is not responsible for carrier delays. They are out of our control.
Tracking Your Order:
You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order. That email has a link to your personal Order Status page which has updated tracking information.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
junedays is not responsible for any package lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Wrong Address (Return to Sender):
If your order is returned by the shipping company because they could not deliver to the address you provided, we will issue a refund when we receive the return. Any shipping charges (to and from) and applicable taxes & fees (that we have to pay to receive the return) will be deducted from your refund.
Refusing Delivery (Return to Sender):
If your order is returned by the shipping company because they could not deliver to the address you provided, we will issue a refund when we receive the return. junedays will not be processing or shipping orders on:
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Presidents Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Election Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
